I didn’t start my career in wealth management. I started as a Mechanical Engineer.
After earning my degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia and eventually serving as the Head of R&D for the Mechanical Department at Thermo Fisher Scientific Malaysia, I was responsible for developing products for the Asian, European, and US markets. My world was built on precision, logic, and building systems that worked flawlessly.
In 2010, I realized I could apply that exact same engineering precision and problem-solving acumen to something deeply impactful: holistic wealth advisory. That realization led to the founding of Synergy Group.
With over 16 years in the financial services industry, we have grown Synergy Group into a leading force, achieving the prestigious Premier Million Dollar Agency distinction. Backed by my credentials as a Certified Islamic Financial Planner and Certified Critical Illness Specialist, I am deeply humbled to be a 9-time MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) qualifier, a Prudential MDRT Ambassador, and an international speaker for Prudential Corporation Asia. But my biggest driver today is no longer just personal production—it is leadership, mentorship, and building a true learning organization.
